Javy Martin-Morillas, Harry James Lead the Cats
Javier Martin-Morillas and Harry James won their team-high sixth singles match of the season and Dylan Harvala captured the clincher, leading Montana State to a 6-1 men's tennis win over Idaho State in Bozeman on Friday.
The Bobcats captured the doubles point and didn't look back, winning five of the six singles matches. Three of those victories came in straight sets, with Martin-Morillas leading the way. "Javy is really playing well," said Bobcat coach Jared Burnham. "He's leading the way on the court and doing a great job."
Montana State won its fourth match in the last five, raising its league record to a perfect 3-0. The Bengals fell to 0-2 overall, 0-1 in the league.
