Pryce Finishes 10th in 7.5K Classic at RMISA Championships

Montana State's Anna Pryce continued her late season success placing tenth in the women's 7.5K classic race as the Nordic potion of the 76th Annual RMISA Championships got under way Friday morning at Kincaid Park.
Pryce, a senior from Canmore, Alberta, posted a time of 23:44.5. Also, scoring points for the Bobcats were Katey Houser, 12th, 24:05.0, and Rosie Whittington Evans, 22nd, 25:04.0.
Utah's Celine Mayer won the RMISA classic title in 22:23.4.
Delaney Jackson, 25th, 25:17.1, Sabine Comeau, 28th, 25:44.2, Morgan Richter, 31st, 26:34.4, Maeve MacLeod, 34th, 26:52.7, and Lily Murnane, 35th, 27:37.0, all posted times for Montana State.
The Bobcat men's contingent was paced by Joel Power, who finished 25th in 21:57.0. He was followed by Gavin Galyardt, 32nd, 22:49.3, and Jack Conde, 36th, 23:34.7.
Utah's Zachary Jayne captured the men's classic crown in 20:17.6.
At the midway mark of the RMISA Championships, Utah sits atop the team standings with 359 points, followed by Colorado 298, Denver 257, MSU 233, Alaska Anchorage 139, Westminster 128, Nevada 77, and Colorado Mountain 56.
The alpine slalom event and the Nordic freestyle conclude the RMISA meet on Saturday.
