Bobcats Capture Singles, Doubles Wins, but Fall to Boise State and Kenesaw State on Saturday

Top doubles pair stays hot on western swing
Montana State dropped a pair of men's tennis duals on Saturday, falling to Kennesaw State and Boise State in Boise.
Against Kennesaw State, two Bobcats earned singles victories and one pair took a doubles win. Eddie Biss and Harrison Janes claimed a6-2 win at No. 3 doubles, while Dmitry Bezborodov (6-4, 6-2 at No. 1) and Harrison Janes (6-2, 6-3 at the sixth ladder spot) won singles matches. The Owls took a 5-2 team win.
Boise State earned a 7-0 win against the Bobcats in the teams' second contest of the weekend. The doubles pair of Eddie Biss and Harrison Janes won its second match of the day, grabbing a 6-2 win at No. 3 doubles against Dylan Jaen and Julius Seifert. Biss and Janes remained hot, having won three of their last four as MSU's top doubles pair.
Montana State's western swing continues Tuesday, when the Bobcats play at Pacific in Forest Grove, Oregon, at 12 noon MT. The Boxers own a 5-3 record with three wins in their last four matches. Whitworth is a common opponent – the Bobcats beat the Bucs 7-0, while Pacific won 6-1.
