Taco Dowler Among Five Bobcats Selected to Big Sky Preseason All-Big Sky Football Team

SPOKANE, Wash. (July 20, 2025) – Two-time selection Taco Dowler leads five Bobcats named to the Preseason All-Big Sky Conference Football Team on Sunday during the league's Kickoff Weekend.
Dowler, a junior, earned spots on the offense as a receiver and on special teams as a punt returner. He returns as an All-Big Sky and All-America return specialist, and also caught 11 touchdown passes for the Bobcats in 2024.
As part of the 2025 Big Sky Kickoff Weekend, the league office has announced its 39-member Preseason All-Conference Team ahead of the upcoming football season. All-America offensive tackle Titan Fleischmann, a junior, and sophomore running back Adam Jones also landed on the offense. Jones was the league's Freshman of the Year in 2024.
On defense, tackle Paul Brott and end Kenneth Eiden IV earned preseason all-league honors. Brott's 49 tackles, including six for a loss, landed him Second Team All-Big Sky honors as a junior. Eiden IV went on a late-season pass rushing rampage during MSU's run to the national championship game, recording a sack in MSU's last seven games, including two in the championship-clinching win at UC Davis
The preseason honors were voted on by media representatives that cover the Big Sky. UC Davis' six selections led the way, while MSU's six stands second.
UC Davis led the way with seven selections, highlighted by the Aggies' offense earning four of those honors. The Montana State Bobcats are right behind them with six selections, two of those claimed by Billings, Montana native Taco Dowler as a wide receiver and punt returner.
