Six Montana State skiers earned postseason conference honors

The Rocky Mountain Intercollegiate Ski Association released its 2024 All-RMISA teams Wednesday morning. Six Montana State skiers earned postseason conference honors.

Teams are selected based on NCAA Qualification seeding. The first five seeds in men's and women's alpine and Nordic are named first-team and the second five are named second team, with ties expanding teams as needed. The honorable mention selections are those skiers who finished in the top 10 of each of the eight NCAA seeding lists not already a part of the first or second teams.

Named to the All-RMISA First-Team from MSU are Tilde Baangman and Kate Oldham (women's Nordic), and Gianluca Boehm (men's alpine). Fredrik Nilsen (men's Nordic) and Kristiane Bekkestad (women's alpine) earned second team honors, while Justine Lamontagne garnered honorable mention recognition (women's alpine).

All six Bobcat have qualified for the 2024 NCAA Skiing Championships, March 6-9, in Steamboat Springs, Colo.
