Bio
Montana State (2025) Elected as a team captain in 2025, joining his father Ken as the second father-son captain duo in program history... Preseason All-America and All-Big Sky in 2025... returns as a starting defensive end. (2024) Emerged as one of the Big Sky’s most productive and versatile defensive linemen, finishing with 10.5 tackles-for-loss and nine sacks... recorded a sack in MSU’s last seven games of 2024, including two in the championship-clinching win at UC Davis... registered 9.5 tackles-for-loss in MSU’s seven games, all either against playoff teams on in the playoffs, a total which would be ninth in the Big Sky. (2023) Played in all 12 games... logged 4.5 sacks, including 1.5 at Idaho... hurried the quarterback three times and broke up one pass... made 19 total tackles. (2022) Capped an excellent freshman season by starting four of the team’s final five outings... missed the Eastern Washington game with injury... finished the season with 38 tackles, 16 solos... 8.0 tackles-for-loss, five sacks... had a stretch of five late-season games with at least a half-tackle-for-loss in each contest... two sacks against Morehead State, 1.5 vs. Northern Colorado... season-high seven tackles vs. Morehead... forced a Cal Poly fumble. (2021) Saw no game action as a redshirt.
High School Class AA First Team All-State at fullback and defensive end in 2020... 2019 Class AA Defensive MVP and also First Team All-State as a tight end on offense... logged over 40 sacks in his Bozeman Hawk career... three-time Academic All-State choice in football... Project Excel Gold Level letterwinner three times for academic excellence and community service.
