High School: Graduated from Darby High School in 2017 ... Earned multiple state titles during prep career as a Tiger ... Accumulated six MHSA Class C titles, sweeping the distance events (cross country, mile, two-mile) over his junior and senior seasons ... Earned the Kiwanis All-Valley Class C Award as a senior ... Began to see success his sophomore campaign by finishing runner-up at the Class C state cross country championship while helping his team take third place ... Continued to show improvement heading into the spring, taking second in the 3,200 (10:11.07) at the state track and field meet and seventh in the 1,600 ... Won his first gold medal as a junior and launched his roll over Class C by earning back-to-back titles in the three-mile cross country during the fall, along with the 1,600 and 3,200 finals in the spring ...
