Joshua Genzlinger joined Montana State in August of 2021. He currently serves as the Director of Ticket Operations for the Bobcat Ticket Office as of May 2023. In this role, he oversees all aspects of ticketing operations, including financial management, staff supervision, and customer service. Josh leads a team consisting of one full-time staff member and up to 40 student and temporary employees, ensuring efficient daily operations and an exceptional fan experience.
He manages ticketing systems, inventory, and policies for all athletic and special events while serving as the primary liaison with TicketsWest/Paciolan, university departments, and external partners. Josh also oversees major ticketed events, including Bobcat Football and Broadway in Bozeman, and is responsible for event management, budgeting, and financial settlements.
Before joining Montana State, Josh worked for the Helena Brewers, a minor league affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers, where he served as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage and a member of the Grounds Crew from 2015 to 2018.
A native of Montana, Josh earned his bachelor’s degree in Sports Management with a minor in Marketing from Carroll College in 2019. He currently resides in Bozeman.
