Nathan Melton joined Bobcat Sports Properties as Manager of Business Development in October 2025. In his role, he supports partnerships between local, regional, and national companies and Montana State Athletics, helping strengthen the connection between the Bobcat brand and the broader community.

Before joining Montana State, Nathan worked in ticket sales with Georgia Tech Athletics and spent eight years serving as a Wildland Firefighter with the United States Forest Service in multiple locations across Montana. His background reflects a strong work ethic and a passion for teamwork and community impact.

A former student-athlete, Nathan competed in cross country and track at Hutchinson Community College from 2013–2014 as a long-distance runner before continuing his education at Wichita State University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Sport Management in 2020. He also holds an associate degree in Fire Science from Hutchinson Community College.

Originally from Kansas, Nathan now lives in Bozeman with his girlfriend, Elizabeth. They recently adopted an energetic dog named Camp from the Heart of the Valley Animal Shelter.
