Omar Aigbedion begins his college football coaching career in 2026 where he began his playing career, joining the Montana State staff as offensive line assistant. He earned Second Team All-America and First Team All-Big 12 honors at Baylor as a senior in 2025 to complete his time as a two-year starting guard for the Bears. He was a second team all-league choice as a junior. In two seasons at Montana State, the Katy, Texas, product earned FCS Football Central All-America and Second Team All-Big Sky honors as a Bobcat sophomore in 2023. He was second team all-league in 2022, starting at guard during both his seasons at MSU. He spent a year at US Military Prep Academy before arriving at MSU.
