Richard Marnell serves as the Assistant Director of Ticket Operations for the Bobcat Ticket Office and Sports Facilities at Montana State University, a role he began on May 28, 2024. In this position, Marnell assists with building, managing, and fulfilling ticketed events across Bobcat Athletics and Brick Breeden Fieldhouse. He also supervises student workers and helps ensure efficient and accurate ticket operations for athletic and campus events.
Before joining Montana State, Marnell spent six years at the University of Arizona, where he advanced through multiple roles within the ticketing department. He began as a Ticket Sales Specialist in 2018, was later promoted to Coordinator of Ticket Sales & Event Marketing, and most recently served as Assistant Director of Ticket Sales. During his tenure, he contributed to revenue generation, event marketing, and fan engagement initiatives across Arizona Athletics.
Marnell earned his bachelor’s degree in Sports Administration from the University of Cincinnati in 2017.
