This weekend the Bobcats will host the top two teams in the Big Sky Conference in Eastern Washington and Portland State. Both squads sit atop the league standings with an 8-2 mark, while Northern Colorado lurks a 1/2 game back at 7-2. Montana State enters Friday night's match against Eastern Washington with a 3-16 overall ledger and a 1-8 Big Sky slate. Last week, MSU upset Montana 3-2 in Missoula to snap its 44-match Big Sky losing streak. On Monday, the Bobcats dropped a 3-2 non-conference decision to Seattle in Shroyer Gym. EWU enters the weekend 14-7 overall, after defeating Weber State and Idaho State. Portland State (14-7) will play at UM, before traveling to Bozeman on Saturday.
