
Bobcats Spikers at Montana on Saturday; Home to Bakersfield on Sunday and Monday

The Montana State volleyball team will travel to Missoula on Saturday for an intra-state match with the Grizzlies. MSU returns home to Shroyer Gym on Sunday and Monday nights against Cal State Bakersfield.

The 2010 edition of Bobcat volleyball will make its first Big Sky Conference road trip of the fall- albeit at short one. Montana State will face intra-state rival Montana in Missoula on Saturday, Sept. 25 at 7 p.m., in the West Auxiliary Gym on the UM campus. Following its tilt with the Grizzlies, the Bobcats return home for a rare Sunday-Monday non-conference home-stand against Cal State Bakersfield. After splitting it matches with Portland State and Eastern Washington last weekend, the Bobcats are currently 6-6 overall and 1-1 in Big Sky Conference action. Montana enters Saturday's contest 5-8 overall and are coming off a 3-1 win over Gonzaga on Tuesday night. The Grizzlies also split with PSU and EWU last weekend. After snapping a six match losing streak, UM has won three of four. Cal State Bakersfield is 0-16 and plays at St. Mary's on Friday night.
