As a team, MSU hit at a 43 percent clip from the field, while limiting UM Western to 24 percent and forcing 28 Bulldog turnovers. The Bobcats were led in scoring by Peyton Ferris, who came off the bench for a game-high 16 points on seven-of-ten shooting. Also in double-digits were Jasmine Hommes 15 and Riley Nordgaard 12. Ferris paced MSU under the glass as well, hauling down six rebounds. The Bobcats set a new school record with 12 blocks in the contest. The old mark of 11 was set against Valparaiso in December 2013.
