Montana State (2019) Injury cost him most of the 2019 season. (2018) Played in 13 games, primarily on special teams. (2017) Played in four games after transferring to from Minnesota, where he threw the javelin for the Gophers.
Minnesota Competed in track and field at Minnesota in 2016.
High School A multi-sport star at Whitefish... three-time Montana Class A State Champion in the javelin... led his team to its first state football title since 1980 as a senior, throwing for 162 yards and rushing for 94 in the championship game, when he also intercepted two passes... two-time all-state in football, scoring 115 career touchdowns and 702 career points, Montana prep records... all-conference in basketball, as well.
Academics and Personal Enrolled in University Studies... earned Academic All-Big 10 honors... born Luke Eric May in Mesa, Arizona... one of Eric and Amy May’s two children... his grandfather Buck played football for the Cats, and was a long-time Whitefish businessman... family friend Murray Craven played for the Philadelphia Flyers.
