Montana State (Career) Finished ninth in MSU history in rushing yards (2,260), second in rushing touchdowns (33), sixth in 100-yard rushing games (11)... his 21 rushing touchdowns in 2018 was a school record, and his 1,412 rushing yards that season was the third-best campaign in school history... his 6.85 yards per rush in 2018 was also a school record, and his 108.6 yards per game that year is eighth... his 11.4 yards per carry against Idaho in 2018 is MSU’s third-best single game mark with at least 10 rushing attempts... his nine 100-yard rushing games and six consecutive 100-yard rushing games during the 2018 season are both school records... his 211 rushing yards vs. Portland State in 2018 is a school record for quarterbacks and one of the top 20 marks by any player... his 128 points in 2018 is a school record and his 190 career points is sixth... his 2,607 yards of total offense in 2018 was the 10th-best season in MSU history.
(2021) Named FCS ADA National Defensive Player of the Year, the fourth Bobcat in history to earn national player of the year honors... Big Sky Defensive Player of the Year as inside linebacker, his fourth position in four seasons at MSU... unanimous 1st Team All-America and 1st Team All-Big Sky... named to the National Football Foundation National All-Scholar Team, one of 13 honorees and the only player chosen from the FCS... chosen for the Senior Bowl... his 10.0 total tackles per game is 12th in the FCS... recorded 150 tackles, 5th-most in a season in school history... posted a season-high 17 tackles against Idaho, and had at least 10 eight times... Preseason FCS All-America and First Team Preseason All-Big Sky... team captain.
(2020) Served as team captain during MSU's Covid season, in which the team did not play a game.
(2019) Earned First Team All-America honors (Hero Sports) and was named First Team All-Big Sky at linebacker... played in 10 games with 11.5 tackles-for-loss and 6.5 sacks... also intercepted a pass and broke up five others, with two hurries... had one sack, a pass breakup, and a hurry against nationally-ranked and eventual FCS Playoff entry SEMO, while rushing for 102 yards and two touchdowns... 10 tackles against Cal Poly... 12 tackles, 2.5 sacks, vs. UND... also rushed for 336 yards and seven touchdowns... started three games on both sides of the ball... completed both his pass attempts, for five yards and one touchdown... (2018) MSU’s first First Team All-Big Sky quarterback since DeNarius McGhee in 2012... Third Team All-America as an All-Purpose selection for STATS... also named Sophomore All-America by Hero Sports, and FCS Sophomore of the Year by that organization... started at QB in 11 of MSU’s 13 games... rushed for at least 100 yards a school-record nine times, 94 in one other... 64-for-111 passing (.576) for 717 yards with two TDs, one INT in the last five games... his 21 rushing TDs is the MSU single-season record... has scored at least one touchdown in 11 straight games, a school record... broke a bone in his hand during the opener, and played a limited role on defense and at running back in the next two... his 211 rushing yards against Portland State was second-most ever by a Big Sky QB... threw for 107 yards and caught a 32-yard pass at a key moment of that game, as well... 102 rushing yards and a TD against Weber State, the most by any FCS player against WSU this season.... threw for 173 yards on 16-for-28 passing against ISU... MSU’s Sonny Holland Offensive MVP... Academic All-Big Sky.
(2017) Big Sky Freshman of the Year, MSU’s second in a row.. started games at both running back and linebacker... believed to be MSU’s first true freshman to start his first game at running back since at least 1990... the quickest Bobcat freshman to ever rush for 100 yards in a game... gained 515 yards on the ground, third-best on the team and third-most all-time among MSU freshmen... nine total tackles, one for a loss... scored two rushing touchdowns against Montana, five on the season... Academic All-Big Sky.
High School Helped lead Beaverhead to Class A title games as a junior and senior, winning the 2016 championship... Class A All-State quarterback as a junior and senior... All-USA Montana First Team Safety and Defensive Player of the Year... Great Falls Tribune Super-State 2015 and 2016... Southwest Class A Offensive MVP the past two seasons... threw for 1,403 yards last fall, rushing for 877 and accounting for 30 total touchdowns... 71 tackles with three interceptions and two fumbles recovered... competed for the track and field and basketball teams.
Academics, Community Service and Personal National Football Foundation National Scholar-Athlete for 2021, one of 13 players at all levels of college football selected and the only FCS honoree...
